Loomi Sports Media LLC ("LOOMI", "we", "us") builds an app that turns your photos into AI-generated sport content. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email info@loomisports.com.

Information we collect

• Account details. Your email address, and if you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier they provide.
• Profile information. The details you add during setup, such as your name, sport, position, level, kit description and date of birth (used to confirm eligibility for certain features).
• Face and body photos. The reference photos you capture so generated content looks like you.
• Generated content. The images and videos you create, along with the prompts and settings used to make them.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical information needed to run the app reliably and send notifications, including a push token for your device.

How we use it

• To generate content that resembles you, in your sport and kit.
• To run your account, store your library and sync it across sessions.
• To notify you when a generation finishes, including while the app is closed.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.

How generation works

Generation runs on our servers and with trusted AI model providers. Your reference photos and prompts are processed to create your content. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train public models.

Storage and providers

We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure (including Google Firebase) to store your account, media and content securely. Media is served through time-limited or token-based links. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

Your content is yours

Content you generate with LOOMI is yours to use and post. You can delete individual posts in the app at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Access and deletion. You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your profile, photos, generated content and login.
• Notifications. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings.

Children and eligibility

LOOMI is intended for athletes. Some features, such as video generation, are limited to users aged 18 and over. We ask for a date of birth to enforce these limits.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
