These terms govern your use of the LOOMI Sports app and website ("LOOMI"), operated by Loomi Sports Media LLC. By using LOOMI, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: info@loomisports.com.

Who can use LOOMI

You must be old enough to hold an account under the laws of your country. Certain features, such as video generation, are limited to users aged 18 and over. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your date of birth.

Your content and likeness

• You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, and that they are of you.
• You keep ownership of the content you generate, and it is yours to post and use.
• You grant LOOMI the permissions needed to process your photos and deliver, store and display your content within the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use LOOMI to create content that is unlawful, that impersonates someone else, that infringes intellectual property, or that includes another person without their consent. Do not attempt to misuse real team crests, sponsor logos or protected marks. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits

Generation uses credits. One image is one credit; video is priced by length. During the beta, credits may be provided at no cost. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or refundable except where required by law.

Service availability

LOOMI is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis while in active development. Features may change, and generation depends on third-party AI providers, so results and availability can vary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOOMI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product evolves, and you may stop using LOOMI at any time by deleting your account. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
